 My husband hit a post in the parking garage at work, and this place was recommended by our insurer, USAA.  They completed the repairs in the time they specified, and cleared all work with us beforehand.  The price was reasonable.  The car came back looking good as new, and was detailed inside and out–absolutely spotless.  
The coffee mug with candy and biscuits didn’t hurt either.  Absolutely no complaints.

They did a great job on my car.  They were very clear with their communication and the car looks great like the day I bought it.

Keep in mind that auto body work is SPENDY – so don’t be surprised what your little touch up here or there ends up costing.   Just pay attention and you’ll stay on right on track.

Oakland Auto Body far exceeded my expectations of repair and listening to what I wanted.  My 2002 Acura TL-S had been backed into.  Chris REALLY took care of me and my car looks like new.  State Farm referred me to OAB and I now see why.  I can’t recommend Oakland Auto Body more highly!

This auto body shop is NICE & clean!!!  It doesn’t feel like a greasy garage… There is a nice waiting area.. the staff here is professional & warm.  They are a family run business & it’s like you’re going to visit an old friend. 

Considering that the work that I needed was pretty minor, I still got super star treatment & would recommend this shop to everyone!

1)My truck was broken into & the lock on driver’s side compromised, so I called Oakland Auto Body, spoke to Alex & he got me in there that day & my car was taken care of.    

2)BMW needed to have the emblem replaced  (it was cracked) again called & spoke to Alex… same drill… brought my car down, that morning & was able to drive it home that afternoon.

I have also referred friends to this shop & they have all been well taken care of.

I took my A n and Lacy and Co did a fine job of restoring my auto. She dropped me off at home, and the communication was fine. It was all a breeze. Highly recommended.
